Class sizes are kept to approximately 20 students to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention from his or her educators, and all of our teachers are professionals in their fields.

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify through various Title IV federal programs. Federal financial aid programs are available to U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens, and include Pell Grants, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), the Federal Work Study Program (FWS), Stafford loans, and PLUS loans.
Placement Services
Students of the Clinical Medical Assistant with Externship program at National Career Institute receive real-world training through externships. Externships are available in doctor’s offices, hospitals, clinics, and other settings that correspond to the student’s field of study. Many students are hired on by the company with which they extern after the completion of their program.
Students also receive employment guidance from our Placement Coordinator, who evaluates each student’s skill set and interests to help them choose a career path that matches their preferences. Additionally, students receive job-hunting training to further increase their chances for success.

The National Career Institute Library provides students with a quiet atmosphere in which to study, as well as access to information resources.
